CAMPING ΙΟΝΙΟΝ BEACH is situated amid an extensive green area, decorated with lots of flowers, and right by the Ionian Sea with a wide and clean sandy beach. On the 3,8 hectares camping site run by the Fligos family you find ample camping spaces (80-100 square meters), which are separated by shady trees and tents, and are generously provided with electricity and water. Exemplary washing facilities can be found in three houses on the square where warm water is provided free of charge 24hours a day so that campers can take showers, wash their laundry and their dishes. Our supermarket is well stocked and caters for almost any need. The restaurant is somewhat of an oasis in which Greek specialties prepared by Mrs Fligos are served. The Beach Bar has a wonderful view of Zakynthos, inviting you to relax there while having snack and an exotic cocktail. Furthermore, you can refresh yourself by jumping into a spacious swimming-pool (24 meters long, 12 meters wide). For our little guests we provide a paddling pool and a large playground. Nearby there are a lot of interesting destinations for day trips, e.g. the fortress Chlemoutsi, the Byzantine monastery Vlacherna, the archaeological site of Olympia and the island Zakynthos. A host of wonderful impressions is expecting you!
